Villa Rates and Availability
Minimum 5 nights except for festive season 7 nights minimum
Rates are based a maximum 8 people (2 guests per bedroom).
Additional charge of US$75 per night will apply for extra guests. (number of persons subject to owners approval)
Rates are quoted in US dollar per night. All rates subject to additional 10% service charge and 13% government tax.
April 16th - November 14th
2 Bedroom $975 per night
3 Bedroom $1125 per night
4 Bedroom $1325 per night
November 15th -April 15th
2 Bedroom $1250 per night
3 Bedroom $1450 per night
4 Bedroom $1900 per night
December 18th - January 5th
$2800 per Night
(Festive minimum 7 nights)
Reservation Policy:
A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is due within 7 days of the reservation. The balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival. For the Festive Season, full payment is due by September 1st and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancelations must be made through formal request via email, lisa@tranquilvillamanagement.com .
The following fees apply:
Over 90 days: Full Refund
Within 60-90 days: 25% of the gross rental
Within 30-60 days: 50% of the gross rental
Less than 30 days: No Refund
